1. Software License

Glint Studio grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive personal license to execute the Software locally on your hardware. The Software processes video and audio locally without transmitting gameplay feeds to external servers.

2. Content & Copyright Compliance

Glint Studio is an automated capture utility. You, the licensee, are solely responsible for ensuring that all captured and exported media complies with applicable platform Terms of Service, copyright laws, and creator rights. Obtaining permission from content broadcasters and game publishers is your sole responsibility.

3. Non-Affiliation

Glint Studio is an independent desktop utility. It is not affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with Twitch Interactive, Inc., Kick, Amazon, Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, or any game publisher.

4. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to immediate license delivery and binary archive access, sales of Glint Studio are final. If you encounter reproducible technical failures or hardware incompatibility that our support team cannot resolve within 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be granted upon request via support@glintstudio.pages.dev.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Glint Studio and its developers shall not be liable for system crashes, frame drops, platform actions, or third-party disputes arising from the use of this software.
